The ideal candidate will help us take our business forward by providing an excellent quality of care, leading the way and demonstrating by example.

The position is aimed at either experienced leaders or senior care staff who wish to begin the process of advancement to manager level and want to learn more about management and leadership.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in care, a car driver, and have the ability to communicate clearly at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

We have an amazing philosophy, reputation and track record and believe that there is more to a persons care needs than what is written on their care plan.

To help you be an excellent leader the position will be a combination of management and care where there are protected office hours to enable you to understand the needs of the customers and the business, as well as hands-on care work with our wonderful clients.
